Healthy Living practices allow students to learn successful practices that can be replicated so that they can become the healthiest version of themselves. According to WHO, 60% of factors related to individual health and quality of life are correlated to life style. "Healthy living" encompasses both physical and mental health  functioning well together in a person. SKIMT offers a mix of programs, to sensitize students on healthy living, which include
